Cyber Insurance Fact vs Fiction (i.e., dispelling the myths!): #DtSR Podcast Episode 454 with Sean Scranton & Raf Los

My friend and cyber insurance underwriter guru Sean Scranton and I were guests on the Down the Security Rabbithole Podcast with Raf Los for episode 454, Cyber Insurance Fact vs Fiction.

It is always fun to join the #DtSR Podcast and this time was no disappointment! In Episode 454 we discuss all things cyber insurance from the underwriting side of things and if you don’t come away from this with a strong understanding of how (contrary to popular myths) the cyber insurance industry is actually helping to improve cybersecurity, I just can’t help you!

Sean Scranton joins Shawn Tuma and myself to talk about cyber insurance, specifically, as it is a massive topic of discussion lately. Building on top of the “does cyber insurance even pay out?” question and exploring if cyber insurance will actually change the industry (as Jeremiah hints in episode 447) we traverse a lot of related topics and answer some good questions. This is one of the most informative episodes on this specific topic I’ve found out there – without all the usual propaganda.
