The Senate Committee on the Judiciary will hold a full committee hearing on updating the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act at 10:00 AM on August 3, 2011. The hearing can be viewed by webcast through this LINK.
The title of the hearing is “Cybercrime: Updating the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act to Protect Cyberspace and Combat Emerging Threats”. The witness list for the hearing, at this time, includes James A. Baker, Associate Deputy Attorney General, and Pablo A Martinez, Deputy Special Agent in Charge Criminal Investigative Division, US Secret Service.
