No0bs Listen Up!

I just read a fabulous post by Chris Brogan about social media etiquette and I had to share it with you! For me, this post by Brogan is a gift from above! Thank You!

As you all know, I am a No0b at this as I have been sharing my educational journey with you through my blog posts. Every cultural group speaks its own unique language, don’t you agree? The social media culture is no different. And you know … those who are insiders can spot an outsider immediately because they just don’t fit in. That’s why they call us no0bs! (seriously, you do know what a no0b is, don’t you? if not “click here“)Part of my effort during this three week journey has been to try and learn the lingo and figure out how to, while in Rome, do as the Romans do, so to speak.

During this process I have had so many questions about the do’s and don’ts of social media. I’ve had to either try and look them up on various “how to” blogs or ask other bloggers about them. Thankfully you don’t have to! Chris Brogan has made this much easier for all of us so quit being a no0b and go and take a look at his post and the comments thereto for all of your social media etiquette questions: An Insiders Guide to Social Media Etiquette
